Theater Lease Agreement

At WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties to this agreement have signed: 19. STOCKAGE: The landlord receives to the tenant all residents delivered on behalf of the tenant before, during or after the use and/or occupation of THE FACILITIES by the tenant. Neither the owner, nor its officers, nor its representatives, nor its employees are responsible for the losses, damages or damage caused to these propertys as long as they are in the possession of the owner. Materials left on the site after the expiration of the tenancy period in paragraph 4 may have the effect of charging the tenant the daily sampling rate for FACILITIES until these materials are removed from the site. c. FORCE MAJEURE: the contractual event under this agreement is cancelled due to the acts of God, war, state regulation, natural disasters, strikes, disturbances or other emergencies beyond the owner`s control. 18. CATERING: If it is food and/or alcoholic beverages and these foods and/or beverage caterers are provided by caterers other than the lessor, the tenant agrees to use only meals and/or alcoholic beverage caterers that have been previously approved by the landlord. The tenant assumes that the agreement on these foods and/or alcoholic beverages must be concluded exclusively between the tenant and the caterer and that all information relating to these foods and/or alcoholic beverages will be agreed between the tenant and that caterer without the owner`s participation.

This agreement exists between the Everett Theatre Society (Historic Everett Theatre) (HET), a non-profit corporation in Washington, and the „renter“ for the rental of the historic Everett Theaters in 2911 Colby Ave., Everett, WA 98201. HET and Renter recognize the agreement as a binding contract under the civil codes of Snonomish County, Washington. The Historic Everett Theatre offers a variety of rental options for the facility. Please copy and fax the agreement for 425-257-0620 All additional costs incurred by the tenant will be charged after the event. The fact that the Tenant did not use all of the FACILITIES and/or SERVICES described above during the periods outlined in this Agreement does not give the tenant the right to repay and/or reduce the agreed fee. 14. DUTIES OF LESSOR: In view of the tenant`s lease agreement, the landlord provides for the tenant`s use during the given periods, the appropriate services, the existing lighting and its standard lighting systems, heating and air conditioning, and utilities. Be paid with the return of this agreement signed to hold a date of more than 30 days.

Use price for 1 (one) rental day for the premises mentioned above at the price of 800 USD per day. Every hour on the 8 (eight) hours a day is an extra 50 USD per half hour. 13. CONFORMITY WITH LAWS: The tenant must comply with all laws of the United States and the State of Oklahoma, all the regulations of the City of Norman and all the rules established by the landlord, and the tenant cannot do anything in the FACILITIES in violation of those laws, regulations, rules or regulations. The owner must ensure that any aspect of any representation, exhibition or other form of entertainment that will be part of the use and/or occupation of FACILITIES is not contrary to applicable legislation, regulations, rules or regulations.
